I suspect the word "justice" appears rarely in the enacted legislation.

The Day Care Sex Abuse mass hysteria:
"Professionals" with impressive credentials testified that preschool children were sexually abused. Despite fanciful descriptions - elephants were murdered, secret rooms, robots ... the testimony often resulted in conviction. Fifteen cases are discussed at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Day_care_sex_abuse_hysteria#False_allegations_when_interviewing_children
The trials, with many resulting in convictions, featured coerced interviews of children ... "you don't want to be the only one not telling about this". Many of the interviews were not taped. Eventually, the wrongly convicted people were freed after years in prison.

Some of the "experts" went on to university faculty positions.a Nice NJ Guyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05776159775859690321noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-286599265273958850.post-74935194170793586732009-07-10T07:29:42.316-04:002009-07-10T07:29:42.316-04:00What a horror story! So far, she has spent (according to undocumented reports) over $500,000 in legal fees on these matters. Other than quibbling on air fare for her children, nothing has come of it.

But, the constant dragging her into hearings, demands for 'complete files on ...
