Joshua Bell and "The Girl With the Flaxen Hair"

One of my favorite violinists, Joshua Bell, gives a wonderful rendition of "The Girl With the Flaxen Hair," by Claude Debussy. Notice that he is playing a Stradivarius for which he paid nearly $4 million!

That was beautiful. Masterful. Thanks for sharing.

Have you heard Aniello Desiderio? Here is my favorite of his: a rendition of a piece originally written for the harpsichord. I have never seen anyone play 16th triplets in chord form the way he does: three different chords per triplet, and flawlessly done, up and down the neck. (Never mind his incredible linear picking!)

By the way, thanks for all your efforts in exposing state-worship in news media; check your email in the coming days for some thoughts on the topic.
