On Deck at Perjury Central

The end of August is upon us, and that means that a new trial calendar at Perjury Central is about to begin. Two of the trials that I will be covering on this blog are those involving Eric Echols and James Combs. Conveniently, Alan Norton will be the ADA in both of them, and since he is anxious to follow the dishonest examples of "Alberto-Facebook" and "The Man," I will be there to tell readers when he is lying, suborning perjury, and generally acting like the felon he apparently wishes to be.

Norton, however, is not the only person in my cross hairs. According to my sources, Holly Nave Kittle is going to be testifying in the bogus child molestation case against Mr. Combs, and I believe that my readers need to learn more about Kittle. As I see it, she is a combination of incompetence, dishonesty, and sheer arrogance, which makes her quite welcome in the LMJC, but does not make her welcome around people who are honest and decent.

(Actually, I know that Kittle has friends among the decent and honest, and I have spoken to at least one of them. If Kittle were doing some other line of work, I would have nothing against her, but since she is engaged in the false accusation industry in which families are destroyed and the innocent sent to prison, I will oppose her and what she does with everything I have, and that means telling the world that when she testifies as an "expert" witness, she is a fraud, a very dangerous fraud.)

Things will be slow for a few more days, but it will pick up, especially after Tonya Craft has her first show on WGOW on September 7. Something tells me that Tonya is going to be a heck of a radio host.

We'll all be waiting to read about these cases.

Since Det. Deal is involved with the James Combs case, that in itself makes the entire case suspect. Can't wait to read your take on yet another teacher being accused of molestation in the North Georgia area. Could this be another railroad attempt by the LMJC? We shall see.

Oh, I believe that it is nothing but another lying railroad. These guys believe they MUST win in order to get back their mojo that Tonya took away.

(Yep, Tonya Craft took the manhood away from Alberto, The Man, and Dirty Deal, so they need to destroy another family in order to feel good about themselves. These are some of the worst human beings on the face of the earth, and Holly Kittle is up there with them.)

What is the background to the Combs accusation?

William L. Anderson said...

From what I have heard, Combs was substitute teaching and two boys were misbehaving, so he sent them to the principal's office.

Suddenly, those two boys claimed that he molested them and that he was rubbing up against them. As I have said before, it does not pass the smell test.

I taught for two years at the old Rossville Junior High School, and we had a sizable contingent of what you might call "trailer trash," or people who lived like that. The girls (and their mothers) always would be making false allegations against teachers whenever they got mad at them.

Back then, people considered the source, but now that there is Mondale money available, and we now have the CAC and other entities to encourage false allegations, we see now that when kids and their parents want to get back at a teacher, this is how they do it.

Of course, "trailer trash" in the LMJC apparently extends to certain people living in big homes with swimming pools.

Victoria, here are a few links to various news stories to give you a little background surrounding the charges brought against James Combs:

All kinds of alarms go off when I see that Deal and Kittle are involved. These people have ruined their professional reputation and I will forever associate them with the Craft travesty.

From what I can tell, Holly Kittle will do and say anything that will aid the prosecution. She has NO qualifications for the kind of job in which her professional testimony can send an innocent person to prison for life.

Deal already has shown his true colors by participating in a scheme to forge documents in the middle of a trial. He may call himself a "pro-life Christian," but the Holy Scriptures are quite plain about what happens to people who are liars and perjurers.

These cases are just so sad for all involved. What are we teaching children, when they can make accusations like this and get away with them. It is time for some sort of punishment for false accusations, even when they come from a child. How many times when working with young children do you brush up against them or touch them. Is the world to become void of human touch, just so we won't have to face false charges? The hysteria needs to stop and those who take these false charges and run with them need to be stopped too!!!

How many lives will be trashed and destroyed, before we return to the common sense that God gave us??

I'm sure in court, the LMJC's usual suspects will say children can't lie. Right. The facts, the few I've read, indicate Mr. Combs had two children act out in his class and sent them to the principal's office. Normal. The kids were in trouble. Okay, I see where this is going. Maybe they've been in trouble before. Maybe these kids don't want the punishment. Normal. So, to get out of certain punishment at school and probably a lot of trouble at home, they make up a story that's worse than what they did. And the Catoosa County Sheriff's office can't turn on their brains long enough to figure out these kids are lying? Give me a break.
I read an article in the Chattanooga Times Free Press yesterday about how No. GA crime is up. Specifically highlighted was, you guessed it, Catoosa County and Ringgold. Ah gee. It doesn't take a statistician to figure out the straight line and trends here. Catoosa County also claims a 98% conviction rate for child molesters. These men and women are taking that lovely federal money and putting people in prison, ruining their lives, all at the altar of more and more money. Just what will these fools do when they run out of people that aren't part of their special circle to prosecute? My guess is they'll turn on each other. Watch out Holley Kittle and Tim Deal. You're at the bottom of this feeding frenzy and the most expendable. But I'm betting you're too stupid to realize you're the first going under the bus when the whole of the corruption is exposed.

Which prompts the logical question: Why, oh why, would ANY self-respecting human being endowed with any measure of common sense put their reputation and their freedom in jeopardy by becoming a public school teacher in this day and age of guilt by accusation?

kbp said...

Thanks for the links Kaye!

Whatever the truth may be, you can always count on Channel 9 to be at its best in reporting confirmation of the crime as soon as accusations are made!

”A man is charged with child molestation while he's substitute teaching. We got the report that >>>confirms the incident took place<<< at an elementary school. ”

William L. Anderson said...

I will be posting on Channel 9's outrageous statements tomorrow. These people are evil.

Oh, and the news director told me that Tonya well could be "guilty." These guys are nothing but government bootlickers.

I think it is because such a human is too stupid to stop trying to indoctrinate beasts.

Thanks for the background and thanks for the links. I don't think any of them mentioned the info Bill described about the kids sent to the office for misbehaving. That alone makes an allegation suspect. What they did describe seemed far too flimsy to deserve the attention it received. I am wondering what Kittle could possibly add to the story.

KC Sprayberry said...

What can Kittle possibly add to the story? Reams of fictional material no self respecting editor would ever touch. But then, Ms. Kittle has absolute faith in her imaginary fables being accepted as fact. She missed her true calling, but for the life of me I can't figure out what that is. Even having her clean out end of summer porta-pots at a campground would offend someone!

I see that Melydia has tweeted that Eric Echols' trial has been postponed because of a conflict with the judge's schedule.

I read the account on Combs from Channel 9 at the link above. Wow. Talk about presuming guilt. The word "alleged" was not used once. Channel 9 might as well have stated, "This man is guilty as sin, put him away for life! Who needs a trial and presumption of innocence?"

I read this:
"You are putting your kids lives and trust in the school system..."
...and thought her first mistake was putting trust in a public school system.

Judges schedule, I thought the judge was retired? I think he may have read the case and had a permanent schedule conflict come up with his golf schedule.

Kaye said...

LOL @ anon 3:28! Exactly what I thought when I learned that the Echols case was postponed! Nobody wants to touch this hot potato, and Franklin continues to look like the fool he is by not dropping the charges. I simply cannot wait until election 2012 to vote Buzzard out of his office!

They will hold out on Eric's case till they have to do something, just to keep him hanging, what he needs to do is take a bus load of us to the court room every day till they do something.. I am ready to go myself..

The unfortunate thing is that Eric has to renew his PI license and cannot while the case is pending. Trial or no, it could ruin him.

To the 7:24:

That is exactly what Alan Norton and Buzz are trying to do. They want to destroy the career of a good and decent man -- because they can. The Georgia State Bar refuses to ever discipline prosecutors, and I have had enough.

It will be time to go to war on those people, too.

KC Sprayberry said...

Bill, a clue as to why the bar association isn't acting interested in the LMJC's actions might be because of the individuals representing said judicial district at the state bar's judicial district professional program. http://gabar.org/public/pdf/jdpp/10-11_JDPP_Committee.pdf this is the link to the complete list but two names slammed my between the eyes right off. Chris Townley and Larry Stagg. Both have been mentioned in posts as very supportive of Franklin and crew. Again, we see a situation where those who should recuse themselves stay the course to protect their buddies. Truly, it is time to go to war. Shake, rattle, and roll their little cages until they realize the cat really is going to eat the canaries.

kbp said...

The trial schedule for Echols should have been an issue for consideration when selecting a judge.

The question now, for me anyway, is WHO selected him?

KC the article in the TFP about crime did not cover any sexual assault or child molestation cases. It was about theft, drugs, and vandalism. Chattanooga Chief Dodd gave a statement about how the statistics were skewed. The survey counted every victim in each case. Law Enforcement reports to the FBI only the case. For example if four people are in a store the police consider that one robbery. The survey considered it four robberies.

You talk about federal money and Bill throws out the Mondale Act. It's called C.A.P.T.A. Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act. The name was changed from the Mondale Act many years ago. Here's a link for where the money is going in Georgia: http://www.gacfsrpip.org/docs/CAPTA_PLAN_2010to2014.pdf. For those that don't want to open it it basically says the money goes to DFAC's and for training. No mention of money going to fund local law enforcement or prosecution. I can't find where DFAC's is involved with this Combs case. You want to accuse people of making up crimes for money. How about showing the money trial.

I guess everyone in that circuit is incompetent since local DEFENSE attorneys are on the state bar's judicial district professional program. One would think that if there was something wrong going on there that the defense attornys would jump at the change to have corrupt prosecutors remove. According to all the posters here this conspiracy goes deeper than the Kennedy assasination.

Anon 10:16,

I've reviewed many budgets which include federal funding from one or many of the acts that fund activities discussed here.

For the act you're addressing, you'll need to review the DFAC budget in Georgia, and then the budgets for each entity in question.

The federal funds are there.
