The end of the semester is here

My posts will be spotty over the next couple of weeks, as I am at the end of our semester. I'll post when I can do it.

A man do what a man has to do. Just a little kidding on my part. Will miss you.

Bill, if even one of your students, in even one of your classes, finishes the semester with a better understanding or love of liberty, then your absence will be more than bearable.

Go get'em!

In case we all have collective amnesia, Wednesday, May 11th, was the one year anniversary of the Tonya Craft NOT GUILTY verdict. One year later, the Lambs and the rest of the false accusers are still running amuck in Chickamauga and Catoosa County spreading their lies, filth and poison to any and all, thereby becoming caricatures of the concerned parents they claim to be. Ms. Craft can get on with her life, her nightmare over, and pick up the pieces as best she is able. She has done so nobly. The others continue to carry on their small town hatreds and gossip but with fewer followers willing to accept their lies as gospel.

It’s been a year since the Katoosa Kangaroo Kourt of “judge” Brian Outhouse, while in bed with Chris Ain’t of Facebook fame and his faithful side kick Lenny “The Man” Gregor, attempted to railroad an innocent victim into a long prison term in the name of small town politics, political advancement and, lastly, just because they could. (Tim “Crooked” Deal belongs in the mix too.) Aided by the drumbeat of News Channel Slime and their sewer level reporting, they almost succeeded. Thanks to Dr. Anderson, and a host of folks following the shenanigans of the Terrible Trio, they weren’t successful. A special shout out to WGOW’s Kevin West and Jeff Styles for their efforts to find truth for Tonya and put it on the air. Special credit is due Dr. Anderson for his untiring efforts to get these false accusations rebutted by the truth.

Lastly, next year the voters in the LMJC will decide on which candidate they want to administer justice for them. If they vote to re-elect Buzzard Franklin, Outhouse and Phil The Pill Summers than they will get the type of justice system they deserve. It will be a system based on false allegations and railroading those without the means to mount a competent defense. One year later, please don’t try to tell me it couldn’t happen again. It can and it will unless voters remember who leveled false charges against and then persecuted an innocent teacher. They are counting on that forgetfulness to keep them in power.

So basically there is no hope unless thousands of dollars are being spent to defend an accusation.

Quite an eye-popping article in the Washington Post over the weekend, about a teacher in suburbian Fairfax County who was falsely accused of child molestation and brought to trial ... with the jury finding him Not Guilty in 47 minutes.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/fairfax-teacher-sean-lanigan-still-suffering-from-false-molestation-allegations/2011/03/04/AFVwhh3G_story.html

Horrible as reading the well written article was, it was good to see it so well laid out in the mainstream press ... including the vicious behavior by police and prosecution.

The Washington Post hosted live Q&A between the falsely accused teacher of the previous entry and readers ... you can read it here:

I sincerely hope that the falsely-accused Fairfax County teacher sues the living s*** out of his accuser.

Asha, you hit the nail on the head! Those that can not come up with thousands of dollars for a defense are SOL! And even if you do the prosecutors engage in what Bill has referred to often as 'bleed them and plead them'. Gotta love the American "Justice" system.

Returning to the subject of your original post:

Bill, your temporary absence here is well worth the sacrifice if even one of your students emerges from even one of your classes with even the most rudimentary understanding and appreciation of economic liberty.

Go get 'em!
