More Updates on Tonya Craft Case: Will Georgia Voters Return Buzz and Outhouse to Office?

[Update]:Today is election day in the LMJC, and while House has no opposition and will be returned to the bench, there is a choice for district attorney. While I don't know Doug Woodruff and have not followed his campaign, nonetheless Buzz Franklin needs to be replaced if for no other reason than to send a message that people like him do not belong in public office.

This is not an official endorsement of Woodruff, but consider it to be an official Non-Endorsement of Buzz Franklin. That man does not deserve a single voter, period. [End Update]

In 1990 I was a jury foreman in a civil case in Walker County. The jury found for the plaintiff and afterward, the defense attorney and I had a long conversation about the strengths and weaknesses of his case.

Likewise, prosecutors often will speak to jurors after a verdict, be it guilty or not guilty. Prosecutors like to know what they did right -- and what they did wrong.

However, following the Craft verdict no prosecutor spoke to a juror. In fact, some of the jurors actually attempted to contact Buzz Franklin's office in order to be able to speak to either Chris "Cruisemaster" Arnt or Len "the man" Gregor. No one in that office was interested in speaking to a juror despite the opportunity.

This is highly suspicious. I have known prosecutors who believed they had a good case and lost, and they wanted to know why. In this case, Franklin even put out a statement after the trial attacking the jury and making a claim that Arnt and Gregor had put on a "compelling case for conviction." Now, if these men really believed Craft was guilty and that they had presented a great case to jurors, then I am sure they would have wanted to know what went wrong.

Instead, they continued to claim jury misconduct and lamented a child molester being set free. In other words, they continued to lie.

Lying is something that both Buzz Franklin and "judge" Brian Outhouse do, and they do it with ease. Outhouse, when confronted about a piddly thing like a campaign sign, lied to Channel 3 News. In other words, he could not even tell the truth about a small thing.

One hopes that the voters of the LMJC have had enough of these two miscreants. Franklin not only lied in his press release after the Tonya Craft acquittal, but he also refused to meet with any Craft jurors to find out just why they disagreed with him and the "compelling case for conviction."

If the LMJC voters do re-elect Franklin and Outhouse, they will be making a statement that they prefer dishonesty to honesty. Also, they had better hope that they don't fall into the system the way that Tonya Craft, James Combs, Brad Wade, and others have done, for they will find out the hard way that there are no honest people employed in the LMJC, or if they are honest, they are quite silent.

Maybe that's exactly what needs to happen, to great numbers of the people, not only in the LMJC, but in every other jurisdiction in Amerika. Maybe the best catalyst for change would be Victor and Vickie Votard getting a taste of the "justice system" that they've allowed to remain in operation, either through apathy and ignorance, or because they believe that these clowns really do stand for "law and order" and "justice" and that only "other people" are ever charge with crimes.

I would love to see them voted out but no one is running against Brian House, how do you get him out?

Another great blog Mr Anderson, We have got to get Buzzard OUT...

Is Doug Woodruff going to be any different as DA? His commercials imply that he would have been the one to prosecute Craft and Buzz was negligent by avoiding the high profile cases. He was also on the State Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia, which I understand from your blog, stated that prosecutors can encourage perjury to convict.

The only thing Buzz has avoided is Channel 3 News..He hasn't made a statement since the Craft Prosecutorial Liefest the D.A.s office put on...
I beleive Doug Woodruff will run a much more professional office if elected..We can only pray.

Let's give Woodruff a chance, He can not be any worse than BUZZARD. Can he, just sayin.

I smell voter fraud, big time. Woodruff was leading all evening by large margins, and all of a sudden BUZZZZZZZ!!!! Franklin pulls ahead... I smell a rat!

Dade County gave Buzz the win. And it wasn't that much of a margin, only a hundred votes or so. Woodruff should do as Shaw is and ask for a recount.

For everyone else, last night's election put a lot of people on the line, including myself. We stood up against the status quo, and revealed a lot of well researched information in order to change things. There are a lot of questions today, and have been since the final numbers came in, about just how these people managed to win despite many people claiming they didn't vote for them. Can we prove fraud? Unlikely. But we are priming to do our best the next time around. This type of government has been around down here since well before the Civil War. All we did last night was make some significant dents in the complacency which abounds with those who are in elected positions. Very few races were the usual runaway wins. All were hard fought. The county commissioner race for Walker County proves money might just buy you enough votes. Paul Shaw only lost by 211 votes. He only spent $20,000 versus the $140,000 used by his opponent to beat him. That in and of itself gives up hope, and the fact Dr. Shaw isn't conceding. He's demanded a recount, and won't stop trying to change the system. When it comes to district attorney and sheriff, two other offices in need of cleaning, we need strong opponents to step up and do as Dr. Shaw did.

I cannot beleive the final count in the D.A.s race...Woodruff led all night, even in Franklins home County of Dade and now he is beaten by 44 votes out of nearly 22,000 votes cast...got a fishy smell about it.

Many of the voters in Walker County are asking themselves the same question about more than that race today. We'll probably never know the answers, but we did manage to do one thing. Every single incumbent who won their race had to work hard to do it. There was some very nasty tricks pulled all throughout these campaigns. And we're not quitting. In fact, today people are asking what we can do to keep people aware and start to make more changes. The fact these people didn't win by their usual landslide, except the sheriff, is indicative of the desire for change in this area.

OMG. I can't believe that RAT was reelected. out of all the people that said they did not vote for him
I am very sad about the out come.

Buzz is the right man for the job. 50% and 44 votes say so.

Hey, 10:07, I only wish we had a "like" button for a comment!

The family and I are in Walker County this week, so here is Buzz's chance to trump up some charges against me!

KC Sprayberry said...

Now I wish I had a like button, Bill. Things are looking up today. We haven't quit, and are deciding how best to spend the next 4 years watching these people closely.

If he gets ya Dr. Anderson, there are enough land owners in Walker County, We will sign your bond and get you out! Have a safe and wonderful visit home

If he gets you, I am afraid you
will land in prison. Because if they do not have enough evidences Then they will make it up as they go, You better be careful in that county. And as for as 10:07 I would bet if there were a recount and some honest people in there it would be different. Woodruff was a head all evening and all of a sudden, BUZZARD won. Maybe you will get a taste of his medicine one day.

anon 8:56, I respectfully disagree. I don't think Buzz has the nads to even try to go after Dr. A, because of the storm of media that would bring. Cowards only bully those they know they can without reprisal, and the reprisal that would bring would be the end of LMJC DA office. The fraud machine is set up perfect. Once you take away a voters hard vote by putting it into an electronic machine, THEY win!! Because if the vote is not going the way they want it to... they push a secret button and BUZZZZZZ the count is manipulated. They don't worry about recounts because, there is no hard evidence of fraud, and no one can prove anything. I personally think that is how House got in to office to begin with. Larry Stagg had it won 2:1, and then all of a sudden House wins and it is explained away that "well, I guess Larry's voters didn't show up!" Pah-LEEZE!!!!
Also for 10:07, I think they were making a well timed sarcastic quip, I don't take it as a supported or Buzz's.

...and yes, Buzz will try an do, anything when he has a vendetta against someone...a bogus RICO indictment proves that...

Anonymous said...

Narcissist07. I believe you are right.

Anonymous said...

Mr Anderson, did you read in the news free press about Woodruff asking for a recount... I just pray he won. Because so many people said they voted for him. just sayin.

Anonymous said...

Buzz won. For it to be close after what he did is a disgrace. That is just too many people who either approve of what he did, or dont have a clue. Either way, its bad. It's really the ultimate victory for Buzz. If you thought it was bad before, now he knows he can get away with it and survive an election. I cant wait to see what happens next. Enjoy the tyrrany catoosa.

I got a taste of the so called justice in walker county. I do believe that the judges and lawyers are in each others pockets. Judge House acted as if he wasn't even listening to the case and there were 3 children involved. Mother is an addict. DFACS did not act on the information they were given. I even had someone in catoosa county dfacs tell me "good Luck" with getting walker county to react in any way. In this particular case the lawyer stated 3 times that he was personal friends with my family. In my mind this would tell me that the entire case should be thrown out because it is a conflict of interest. Judge house never said a thing. Other than its ten till twelve can we take a lunch break now? This judge is a joke. He obviously does not care about children or the cases that he is hearing. If anything happens to these three children I will go to any extreme to make sure that the entire county is sued for negligence.
