Tim Lynch from Cato Checks In

Thanks to the efforts of an anonymous attorney (who lives and works nowhere close to Ringgold and is not connected with the defense in any way), blogger Tim Lynch of the Cato Institute has checked in with "Trouble in Georgia: The Tonya Craft Trial."

It's a good read, trust me.

Note to the Dishonest Duo: By pursuing this case against Tonya Craft and by engaging in outrageous behavior, your conduct finally is being noticed by national figures. You will be receiving publicity, although I am not sure it is the kind you want. Mike Nifong enjoyed his 15 minutes of fame, that turned into 15 years of shame.

Likewise, Judge Brian House is going to be presented to the rest of the country as defined by his rulings and his actions in this particular case. He cannot hide his actions in a Catoosa County Courthouse any longer, as there is a larger world out there than the Lookout Mountain Judicial District.

About time House finds out he's not king of the world.

Sad thing is, about the worst that will happen to "judge" House is that he will not win re-election and/or MIGHT get a reprimand that will not be made public. The scapegoat will be found elsewhere so that Arnt and Gregor will continue on their horrible jobs. This case MUST go national, these atrocities MUST be made public so that EVERYONE will see who the true criminals in this case are: the prosecution, the "judge", the parade of lying witnesses.

Mr. Anderson, thank you so much for attempting to get this case out in the spotlight, to shed light on the t
Truth.

I am ashamed to say that i voted for "House". But I will be apart of a group that makes sure he will never be in power again. I am ashamed to be a resident of CAtoosa.
I think people should start showing up at the court house in support of Tonya.

I've been following this spectacle from California. Believe me, this 3 ring circus coverage should be on prime time and would attract a lot of viewers. I can't believe the national media has not picked this up yet. It has all the trappings of their favorite types of scandals. I hope the do pick it up as soon as possible because it seems it might be the only chance that the state of Georgia would be forced to intercede in this trial over wrongful actions of the judge and the prosecution.

If you know the name of the Stepmom of one of the "victims" check out her FaceBook page. I'm a stepmom of a young child as well and definitely know the love that we have for "our kids", but her PUBLIC page is nothing short of parading her "perfect family" for people to see, especially Tonya. Even if Tonya herself doesn't have a Facebook page I would bet she most certainly sees the page and updated pictures of her kids. Makes me absolutely sick!!

If you do go to the courthouse, wear yellow. On the TruthforTonya facebook page, everyone is wearing yellow for Tonya. It is like a silent show of support for Tonya. Surely the judge can't tell us not to wear a certain color of clothing into the courthouse. It would be great if Tonya's side of the courtroom was filled up with people wearing yellow.

I am so happy that this is all coming to light. I wish someone from CNN or something could broadcast this craziness. I really feel sorry for Tonya and her family. Unfortunately, with the good ole boy network, she could end up convicted.

It is getting there, the more others pick up on this and blog about it, it will make national headlines. It is already being followed by many across the country. All I can say is it is about time, this court system was exposed!!!!

I pray the Jury has not been dirtied by Arnt and his boryfriend Gregor.

I wonder if we could buy a banner on drudgereport or a search engine with a link to this site to help bring national attention?

I found this site by googling William L. Anderson. I googled Tonya Craft and after looking through 12 pages of relevant websites, I gave up. This can definitely be found through googling.

When my son was going through his divorce, several years ago, his daughter, then age 5 told me, my daughter, my mother-in-law, and my husband about seeing Mommy and Mike (boyfriend) naked in the bedroom. However, we couldn't tell this in court because it was hearsay. That was just a divorce case, can't believe they are throwing out all the rules in such a case as this. I hope to heaven the jury can see this trial for the sham it is.

In regard to the state of Georgia investigating, Mr. Anderson do you think we could succeed if the Georgia residents sent a letter/petition to the Attorney General stating all the things House, Arnt, and Gregor are/have been doing, and letting the AG know we expect an investigation/action or his next election campaign will encounter great opposition? His job is to protect us from this very thing and nothing is being done or even considered.

Only in Ringgold, Georgia, where the courthouse and a whorehouse have the same stench, can a women be a state's witness after showering with someone else's kid, and still no evidence be presented in trying to frame an innocent person.

I have already tried the Attorney General. He is busy making an unsuccessful run for Governer.

I found this online...

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office is not an "arm of the state" and therefore can be sued under civil rights laws for the conduct of its investigators.

Well we just need to bombard, him, the governor and let them know we are voters and will not tolerate this crap anymore. It is about time, we wake up in Catoosa County and stop the abuse by our judicial system. I used to think it couldn't happen to me, but our family went through a similar nightmare with some of these very same people, only thank God, the case was dismissed. I shutter to think what a trial would have been like.

I proudly wore yellow this morning! And will continue to support Tonya and her family.

I read the recounting of the decision by the judge in the Ruehle stock option backdating criminal suit. It's this pdf file that was linked from CATO:

http://online.wsj.com/public/resources/documents/121509Broadcom.pdf

Take a break from Judge Brian House and read it. Should improve your Friday.

"Only in Ringgold, Georgia, where the courthouse and a whorehouse have the same stench, . . ."

They emit the same odor because both are inhabitated by the same type of people. The only difference between this prosecutor and a hooker is who is doing the selling. In both cases, someone is getting screwed.

Let's not stop with Arnt, Deal, and Gregor. Add Seven Keith to the list of crooks. He is a Catoosa Detective who was notified by these moms because of their personal connection. His daughter attends Chickamauga Elementary (out of county) while his son attends Catoosa County schools. He and his family are close friends with the Lambs. She may have been using this friendship to ensure an advocate for her side.
