[Update, Thursday 11:05 AM]: Eric Echols was a guest today on WGOW-FM, and I will say the guy gave a tour de force interview. As I have said before, if Chris Arnt and Len Gregor continue to push these false charges -- and they ARE false charges -- they only will dig their hole deeper.
Here is the link to the interview. As you will note, it is quite interesting. On an editorial note, I will say that Mr. Echols has conducted himself quite honorably throughout this ordeal, and I along with a lot of other people will not let this issue go until the authorities in Catoosa County drop the charges.
[End Update]
This is finals week here at Frostburg, and I am grading term papers and final exams for my MBA economics class. (Yes, I do have a day job and my superiors expect me to turn in my work on time!)
Future posts will deal with Eric Echols and the bogus case against him, as well as serious questions about the validity of the conviction that Len Gregor gained against Brad Wade three years ago. I have received a number of documents on that case which raise real doubts as to the veracity of the interviews by (You guessed it) the CAC staff, and Gregor's steamrolling of the defendant. There also are other child molestation cases from the LMJC that are questionable, and I will look into those.
I'll also be posting on the case for disbarment of Chris Arnt and Gregor, explaining the rules of the State Bar of Georgia and how I believe these men have violated them. I'm sure there will be other developments, too.
In other words, even though Tonya Craft's acquittal is more than a week back in our rear-view mirrors, nonetheless the whole case opened a window into the sorry and execrable practices of those in the LMJC that supposedly enforce and follow the law. So, stay tuned. There's plenty more to cover.

Have fun with those papers. As an undergrad and grad student my favorite thing about college was writing the papers. Now, as a teacher, grading papers is NOT my favorite, but it's not the worst part--that would be explaining to parents why the perfect little child is failing my class, usually becuase the NEVER turned in any of their assignments.
Not going anywhere..can't wait for your next blog.
Hurry back Bill. I do not want those guys at LMJC and CAC to take a deep breath. LOL have a good day sir. .......Fishman
Oh yeah. I can so relate to overdue work. I have a mountain on my desk and a second mountain on the floor by the shelves. Not that I'm backing off what I said I'd do but I have to find the bottom of the pile. Really interested in what you have to say on the Echols case, Wade, and everything else you find out, Bill. Enjoy the papers from your students. We'll be here when you're ready.
HAG had no idea what force they have come up against when Bill Anderson caught wind of the injustice surrounding Tonya Craft. You, Bill, are like a bulldog after his bone and those of us that live within the LMJC love you for it.
************
Just a reminder for everybody--
Eric Echols interview with Kevin West @ WGOW 102.3 FM. Out of towners can listen on the internet. This ought to be a very interesting story...
I will be right here when you get back, Mr. Anderson. I am also waiting to hear back from the Georgia State Attorney General. I know I am essentially a "nobody", but I am a Voter and he is running for governor! I also have a couple of senators and representatives in my address book so I may also contact them to ask what actions need to be taken on behalf of the Georgia voters to see that this kind of travesty never happens again.
Bill,
You are the first blog that I have ever read more than one day. I thank you for giving so many of us an outlet to vent our anger and frustration. I look forward to following the Eric Echols trial and what help you can offer to any of the other families railroaded by the LMJC. I am guessing that 95% of all who live in this district cannot stand the smell here, and thank you for smelling it all the way up in MD. :)
My husband and I have had our own trials from the corrupt judges here, and have a court date in 2 weeks. We are praying that the spotlight shown on the corrupt practices will ease our burden and put the guilty party where she belongs..
Thanks again
Donna
Keep up the good work Bill. I truly think you are part of God's plan in finally bringing down this corrupt system and bringing justice to those who have not had any.
Echols will be on 102.3 WGOW at 10 eastern today.
Thank you Bill for keeping the heat on the little ring down there in the LMJD. The Brad Wade conviction looks to be tainted as well as...well who knows? I grew up in the same neighborhood as Brad and his sister, the Wades were just normal people like the rest of us.
The CAC is a joke as well as those prosecutors. It's you who has become the voice of us out here who can't go against or don't know how to go against the machine, but thanks for keeping the heat on. I have been wondering how or if you would hear back from the GA State Bar about the Dynamic Duo. I know you'll keep us posted.
Don't Let 'Em Rest.
I am in no way trying to defend anyone that has taken the State's side, however...we keep mentioning Vickie Scoggins being on the Board of the CAC per her FB page. I'm no genius, but her likes and Interests does not say she is a board member it says....
Likes and Interests:
Activities: Board of directors, Children's Advocacy Center
There is a comma there...if you click on Board of Directors it's just a page anyone can "like"...same as the CAC. And I can say without a doubt I think it's sad there are only 11 people that "like" the CAC page. That to me, speaks volumes.....tplas
I will check somewhere other than FB to try and find a list of the board members, I may be wrong! I just think someone saw the words and ran them all together....
Becky,
When you write the AG, a senator or representative, Cc to someone that will also want to know the response, like their opposition, an activist group and/or the media.
Thank you for taking on this huge battle. If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know.
I believe Buzz Franklin is also on the board.
tplas, please read this article

Here is the 2006 Directory
http://www.pacga.org/downloads/department_matls/victim_svcs/vwap_directory.pdf
The article speaks for itself.
The CAC is nothing but an arm of the LMJD District Attorney's Office.
And I have to wonder how innocence or guilt is determined after the CAC staff conducts those "professional" interviews.
I sure hope someone who has the authority can and will look into the CAC & LMJD's office's case files.
Buzz (NotThatBuzz)
The Victim Witness Advocate programs and the CAC programs sound wonderful and can be described as "feel good" programs.
As is noted however, they are funded by programs and staffed by people who are "associated" and "cooperate" with the prosecuting arm of the government, ie:, the DA's office. They do NOTHING for people who are falsely accused of abuse and family violence, and in the case of false accusations, can hardly be claimed to be impartial, it is to their advantage to have victims and the more victims they have, the more they can self justify their existence. In fact, in cases of mutual domestic abuse or family violence, they actually refuse to assist the second party that requests services such as counseling, assistance in child visitation, or victim assistance, by claiming the other party who came to see them first are "clients", and therefore they cannot assist due to conflict of interest.
My own opinion is, they need to assume both sides need assistance in domestic disputes, and offer services such as family counseling and conflict resolution. Instead, their ideological stance of "advocacy" acts to escalate rather than defuse domestic conflict.
If these programs were administered separately from the justice administration and funded more from a health and welfare point of view by the Department of Health their impartiality most certainly would be more credible, as would be their ability to assist with and help reduce domestic conflict.
hmmm... 15 minutes in and I'm wishing Jeff/Fred would complete a sentence or a complete thought. Maybe he should cede the mic to Kevin or even Eric.
Mr. Anderson,
My own opinion is that the courts of the LMJC, the officers of the courts (meaning practicing attorneys as well as the prosecution), and the day to day activities associated with the domestic relations/child abuse/divorce industry need not just passing scrutiny, but probably exemplify in a nutshell a case study of what is wrong with our society today, the decline of families and the monetary incentivization of family destruction and the increase in power of the state over the citizenry.
This is a repost, and I will repost until Mr. Anderson requests I stop. In order to achieve justice, citizen action is needed, and the only way to do it is by writing the appropriate authorities regularly and consistently.

Office of the Attorney General
40 Capitol Square, SW
Atlanta, Ga 30334
Dear Mr Baker, Ms. Yates, Ms. Nelson, Mr. Kelley, and Mr. Morgan,
As a citizen residing within the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit, I am writing to see about the possibility of the Georgia State Attorney General's Office, and the U.S. DOJ Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee coordinating with the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia for investigating and prosecuting the official misconduct of the officers of the Court in the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit, as being a pattern and practice to deprive the citizens of the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit of their constitutional rights to fair trial. This pattern and practice extends not only within the criminal prosecutions conducted within the circuit, but civil actions as well, as all four Judges, Judge Wood, Judge Graham, Judge Van Pelt, and Judge House have destroyed so many families by their behaviors and practices. When is the law going to be FOR the people, and not the officers of the Court?
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.
Authorities:
18 U.S.C. SECTION 242
The Government must prove four elements to establish the offenses performed by the Defendants.
First: The person upon whom the alleged acts were
committed must have been an inhabitant of a state, district or territory of the United States.
Second: The defendant must have been acting under color of law.
Third: The conduct of the defendant must have deprived the victim of some right secured or protected by the Constitution of the United States.
Fourth: The defendant must have acted willfully, that is, with a specific intent to violate the protected constitutional right.
I urge all of you to act promptly and diligently to see justice is served for the citizens of the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit.
Sincerely, ________________________

Grits,
There is no one on the show named Fred, its just the name of the show. I think they are doing a great job at getting Eric's story out there.
Sorry Catoosa, more of your backwood rulings are coming out. Goodbye to EVERYONE that holds an elected position in Catoosa County. They are all crooked and corrupt.
Jason, you're right. After the first commercial break things got right on track. I'm listening from out of town don't have a connection to the on-air personalities so I was wondering if they would be able to get on point. They did, good interview.
Mr. Echols did a great job. Do any of you think "they" will try to put a Gag Order on him now? Bobb
kbp, I followed that link and found this:
http://www.nccpr.org/reports/dueprocess.pdf
The National Coalition for Child Protection Reform believes the only way truly to
protect children is to demand civil liberties without exception. There can be no true child
protection when a government agency is given virtually unchecked power, almost no accountability,
and operates in secret.
That is why enacting meaningful due process protections for families is at least as
important as improving the “services” they receive from child welfare agencies.
Since 2000, NCCPR has issued reports on 13 state or local child welfare systems.
Below are some of the due process recommendations from these various reports.
RECOMMENDATION 1:
TRANSPARENCY
All court hearings in child
maltreatment cases and almost all
documents should be subject to a
“rebuttable presumption” of openness.
Hearings and records would be
closed only if the lawyer for the parents
or the guardian ad litem for the child
could persuade the judge, by clear and
convincing evidence, that opening a given
record or portion of a hearing would
cause severe emotional damage to a child.
The judge then would keep closed
only the minimum amount of material
needed to avoid the damage.
The people who work for child protective
services agencies are not evil. But
even the best of us would have trouble coping
with nearly unlimited power and no
accountability. One caseworker allegedly
told some parents: “I have the power of
God.” It’s alarming if he said it. But what’s..."
It goes on, found it interesting.
The whole Echols thing is an embarassment to have the victim of an unprovoked assault be arrested for performing a protected function: service of process.
Way back in my college days, to make an extra buck or two while working as a security guard, I served summons on folks who didn't pay for their pool service. Now, some of those folks cussed me up and down every which way from Sunday but none of them ever called the cops. Seems Ms. Lamb has more of a reckoning coming that she ever imagined when she started this whole shebang. Seeing how Lookout Spy distilled Eric Echols' arrest into one very clear sentence makes me wonder how many other folks just doing their jobs found themselves arrested and bullied through a trial when they came up against the HAG+F tag team?
Eric Echols said he initially appeared in front of the magistrate with charges against Ms. Lamb; and she was charging something against him (didn't catch the specific allegation). She was willing to drop her charge but he wanted to proceed with his in regards to her verbal/physical actions when he went to serve a supoena in the civil case of custody.
Somehow (lots of discussion options in that somehow) Lamb had not been notified that Echols was also filing against her so she did not bring an attorney with her - Echols had an attorney with him. So that proceeding had to be postponed.
After Lamb left, Echols was asked to wait and within a short time he was arrested and charged with influencing a witness. His arrest was not for interaction with Lamb but with one of the fathers. It was pretty much said in the radio interview that they believed the arrest was hastily arranged - "the ink was still wet on the paper" - when Echols did not drop charges.
These CAC workers are "trained" at the NCAC in Huntsville, AL. which recieves large amounts of federal funds and ironically even receives teh interest from Alabama lawyers' trust accounts by law. So defense lawyers actually fund the same CAC folks who are investigating their own clients.
According to Mr Echols statements on WGOW, it would seem that the police and DA's office were the ones guilty of "influencing a witness" that being the father of one of the victims. He went from believing that nothing happened to crying in court. I would love to see the video of Lamb attacking Echols. It also appears that there are other judges involved in the corruption of Catoosa County.
Now I'm confused lol. Are there TWO pending hearings? One for Echols charge against Lamb (in front of a magistrate?) and another for the charges against Echols allegedly influencing a witness. Sherriff was right - this is a spiderweb!!!
If you want yet another example of monkey business in the LMJC, read this link...it will hook you.

Good ol' Teresa Watson. They've been trying to shut her up for years now, she's a real pit bull.
Well, DUH! Could someone slap me in the back of the head and jump start my brain? I listened to the interview of Mr. Echols again. They asked him about the gag order. Honestly, some days I worry about myself and when I don't I know I should. Anyway, do any of you think the charges will be dropped? Bobb
If Franklin, Arnt, and Gregor wish to pursue the criminal charges against Mr. Echols, then they are even more stupid than I could have imagined. Should they continue down this path, all they are doing is making things worse for themselves in the long run.
They have NO case against him. Furthermore the more these charges are investigated, the more the dirty laundry of both the prosecutor's office AND the CAC will be aired.
A while back, I wrote that I did not THINK of the scenario about to unfold. No, I said that I KNEW what would come down the pipe, and so far nothing has convinced me otherwise.

Thanks, kpb, I will.
The Brad Wade case was a railroad job by the 'man' and Ms. Christina Cook Connelly Graham, and CAC. Anyone who wants the documents to look over, just contact Mr. Anderson and he can put you in contact with me. We HAVE to get Brad Wade out of jail and his convictions overturned!!!! His case is a great example of what goes on in this curcuit everyday!!!
I just completed listening to the Echols interview and to say I'm flabbergasted would be an understatement. I'm at a loss for words other than the stereotype depiction of the south isn't too far from reality and I was born and raised in the south!
I think Mr. Echols did say that other than the Ms. Lamb and the LMJC, he felt the folks in Catoosa County were supportive of him working on Tonya's case. I had to miss part of the interview. Was anything said about when the viedo of Lamb's attack on him would air?
They said in the Echols interview today that Phil Summers just learned there was a video tape and thinks he needs to see it......you think??? One could hope that after looking at that video he would cut his losses at this point and drop the ridiculous charges!
Phil Summers was on the Judy show this morning. He said he stood behind his employee (Tim Deal).
From what I understand, Channel 3 will air the story on Monday. If anyone has better info, let me know.
I just listened to the Echols interview online. If I lived in Catoosa County I would be very much concerned by the following: several members of the police, DA's office, and circuit judges are committing malfeasance during capitol criminal trials; the DA's office is looking out for the interests of a minority of the members of the community rather than providing the constitutional rights of equal protection; the DA and their accomplices in the police department and judiciary are doing these things in full view of the public, showing a contempt towards their constituents that is reminiscant of the feudal lords of old--makes me wonder if Arnt's alleged relationship with Sandra Lamb wasn't in fact him exercising his feudal right of Prima Nochta.
I would ask where do these people get off, but it's becoming increasingly clear that getting off is something these people obviously do, with regards to their power. If I lived in Catoosa I'd render these guys impotent by organizing a drive to throw every last one of them out of office. Every poll I've seen with regards to this trial has been 90-96% on the side of Tonya Craft's innocense, with 40-46% in favor of investigating the prosecutors. If that percentage could be turned out to vote, these guys wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in Florida, as we used to say down Orlando way.
Here's the link to Mr. Echols' interview. Part 3 is most revealing!
http://www.wgow.com/sectional.asp?id=20156
I don't think that just dropping the charges is enough. I think that the feds need to come in here and do a good ol' 1970s prosecution of the good ol' boys here for denying Mr Echols of his civil rights.
The South has made such great strides towards doing away with racism and the mentality that created segregation. The South has actually made more progress towards this than the rest of the country. And yet, there are certain places where, despite the ordinary people making this progress, the ruling elite continue to perpetuate racial prejudice. Arnt looks like he's of Latin ancestry. Of anyone, he should want to disprove and discourage such prejudices. Then again, power is a very powerful seductress. There is an old truth that the first thing that people do when they gain power is to make it more difficult for anyone else to obtain power. Did we really fight a revolution and a civil war and a world war and go through the turmoil of the civil rights movement just to have this kind of nonsense going on in our midst?
Its not the South's fault and its not the people of Catoosa County's fault. This is the work of a select few. The people of Catoosa County are the victims of this and the ones wanting change. I for one appreciate the concern and any assistance that can be given to flush these people out. I listened to the talk radio interview and cant wait for Eric Echol's case to be brought into the spotlight. The show reported that nearby Sand Mountain still has a sign up that says N-----s dont let the sun set on you on Sand Mtn. This is not true even though it supposedly did until the late 70's. It was considered a "sundown town". The unusual thing was that it was one of very few that were in the south. Most were in the north and a book has been written about them. I live in Catoosa and I live on the same street Tonya Craft did. Our neighborhood is mixed and there is no problem. I have been in Catoosa County for 45 years and the people in Catoosa County are the most tollerant anywhere. I assure you 97% are outraged about all of it far more than people outside the LMJC. We my friends are living among these fascists. JG
I agree with you, but by going after someone who is black, with Len Gregor raising the "sleeping with a black man" line of harassment, along with Sandra Lamb and her "black bastard" comments, the "leadership" of Catoosa County is responsible for tainting everyone else.
Believe me, the national media would love nothing more than to be able to paint all of you as racist rednecks who drool tobacco juice. The way to fight it is to send a message to the Buzz Franklins and others who insist on making sure that everyone outside the county sees you in the worst light.
My point from the beginning has not been to paint you folks as racists; it has been to bust up a crime ring. The vast majority of people in Catoosa County are decent, hard-working people who are not obsessed with race and, frankly, who are pretty darned tolerant of a lot of people.
Unfortunately, your prosecutors, police and judges have decided to engage in things that make everyone else look evil. Time to do something about it.
Have you seen this:
http://catwalkchatt.com/view/full_story/7548214/article-Tonya-Craft-trial-coverage--Blogs-and-Facebook-and-Twitter--Oh--my-?instance=home_news_1st_left
Tonya Craft trial coverage: Blogs and Facebook and Twitter! Oh, my!
Darker side
For some there was a seriously dark side to the blogging and to the subsequent exponential dissemination of information, including inaccurate information, and uninformed and vitriolic opinions.
“… The dynamics of the internet blogosphere,” district attorney Herbert “Buzz” Franklin said, “… created an environment hostile to the state's ability to receive a fair trial and portrayed the victims and their families in a false and negative light.”
Ken Poston, a prominent criminal lawyer in Ringgold, seems less worried about the effects of social media on court cases.
He said social media is changing the way people are reporting and communicating developments in stories like the Craft trial.
But as long as jurors take their oaths seriously to not read what’s being said — by reporters, bloggers and readers themselves — the influence of social media and websites will not reach into the courtroom.
He said the courts might need to expand the oath or instructions to the jury to include social media.
Cook and Starnes acknowledge possible pitfalls. For example, disseminating information quicker means less time for fact-checking and accuracy.
“Channel 3 is committed to providing ‘Coverage You Can Count On,’ and I believe some viewers are counting on social media sometimes even more than our broadcast coverage,” Starnes said.
The basic journalism rules, like accuracy and fairness, still apply to this new media, she said.
Twitter made interacting with her viewers easier, Starnes said. She answered questions about legal terms and even Craft’s wardrobe choices.
And readers can help as fact-checkers and hold reporters instantly accountable. “There is also a sense of accountability that comes with viewers having you at their fingertips,” Starnes said.
She described an instance when she left off a decimal in one of her tweets, and about 20 of her followers asked her if the information was correct.
“Thankfully, my followers were understanding,” Starnes said.
Cook said the news organizations in general did a good job confirming facts before publishing, but sometimes while information wasn’t outright wrong, “little inaccuracies” made it through.
He said major players in the case, like the prosecutors, were obviously reading the blogs and comments, as made evident by the prosecution repeatedly stating that the defense was “playing to the media.”
Heck, I would not be surprised if the prosecutors were making comments on this blog. I can guarantee you that prosecution witnesses were doing so. (Fat chance that Dr. Nancy Aldridge was going to make comments on here, however, as she has better things to do than to frame innocent people.)
Just wanted to provide some clarification. As far as I am aware the Ringgold Police Dept. is not involved with this case. The recipient of any criticism toward a Law Enforcement Agency should be the Catoosa County Sheriff's Dept. I know and respect Chief Land of the Ringgold PD.
Will do, David. Good point. Furthermore, not everyone in the Sheriff's Department went along with the scam.
I remember some of the comments those people no doubt were! Very contentious.
I just listened to the closing arguments by Arnt. His arguments were so poor, he was rather pathetic in the way he presented the empty things he did say. What he was saying about lies and conspiracy theories ..he came across as a bit of a whacko IMO.
I was happy to finally hear the Echols interview and I look forward to seeing the video. It would be great if they would post it to YouTube so it could go viral and create attention on the corruption. I thought from the when I began following this case, and what I read about Echols on the TruthforTonya site that the PI incident was the red flag in this whole affair; that the suppression of the incident and the taped evidence he provided was the smoking gun to demonstrate/prove the conspiracy and corruption of the court and law enforcement in that area.
Echols gave a great account, but I was not impressed by the host. He rambled and talked to much. He ought to have introduced the guest by giving a quick synopsis of Tonyas case and Echols involvement right at the get-go. I'm not sure if Echols could talk about those he interviewed for Craft's case, but it would have been great to hear more about what evidence was obscured from the trial. Also would have liked to hear about what kind of penalties Echols is facing if they get a guilty charge on him, if his business has been impacted, if he has contacted any civil rights groups to assist with his case, etc.
I wonder if inside edition and the other national show that Lamb was on will do an update with the hate crime attack by Lamb after chanell 3 airs its segment.
As a person raised around the area in the 80's. I went to school in the north whitfield county area. I had friends from catoosa, we had 4 blacks in our school, they were very good friends. We all hung out together, played football, skip school, etc. I dont recall any racial problems even when we would go to Battlefield park to play football on the weekends. I'm sure it was around but I never seen it till alot later in life. Got to get rid of the trash in power. They also dont like good ole country folks either "rednecks".
Victoria - if I am reading the Georgia code correctly (I'm not an attorney), 3 counts of witness influence carry a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 10 year plus fines.
If I am correct then Echols is facing 6 years to 30 years.
That would be 2 - 10 years for each count.
Will WRCB still air the video on Monday night even if the charges are dropped before then? They seem to really be dragging their feet on this story, my question is why. Of course, I am assuming their legal department probably has to give the okay on something of this nature, but for crying out loud, the story has been 'teased' WAY out ahead of the actual report and Kevin West has already got a lot of the nitty gritty out on the airwaves. By the time Monday rolls around, what part of the story will be left to tell... aside from airing the actually video. I love me some Melydia Clewell, and I think she could just blow this whole story out of the water with her investigative reporting skills, but somebody is a little slow to give some clearance on this story, if indeed that is the holdback.
Also, I'm curious, too, as to which father spoke to Echols. Was it Greg Lamb, who I don't think ever took the stand, or was it Jerry McDonald, who tearfully recounted his own abuse and his conversation with his daughter during his testimony? If it is the latter, then that man perjered himself and rival the little Lamb girl in the way of acting skills! I also wonder if these interviews were videotaped since Mr. Echols claims to document these sort of things.
Another pondering of mine... how fast exactly will that stellar Det. Tim Deal turn against Arnt to save himself? My guess is pretty darn fast. Immunity for testimony. Could get very interesting, if it ever comes to that.
I wonder if inside edition and the other national show that Lamb was on will do an update with the hate crime attack by Lamb after chanell 3 airs its segment.
Victoria - which national show was Sandra Lamb on? I only saw the video from channel 3? thx
Even if they dropped the charges tomorrow, the video would air because it shows Sandra Lamb engaging in what might be called a "hate crime." I am sure that the U.S. attorney's office in Atlanta is going to be interested in it.
To be honest, I see the arrest of Eric Echols as an example of "obstruction of justice," yet one more crime committed by the Dishonest Duo. One more reason why disbarment needs to be on the table.
Bill, since we don't know yet the details of D-Lo's written complaints, it is quite possible that the DOJ may already be aware of the tape since Echols said that all of his dealings with this case were turned over to the defendant.
I would like to think that this videotape would still air regardless of whether the charges are dropped or not, but I am admittedly very suspicious as to why WRCB has not bothered to air this yet. They started teasing this videotape yesterday, and don't plan on airing it until Monday. Why would they sit on this info for 5 days? I don't get it.
cant wait to see Sandra big video debut
Now WRCB has posted a 16-second tease on Facebook. They said they are finishing up the story. sigh.
But on the bright side.... Wave at the camera Mrs. Lamb! lol
This is a bonanza for WRCB. It is to their advantage to draw this out. Keep the fire burning. Oh yeah they know what they are doing. They see $$$ signs.
Interesting, Sandra lamb's daughter played a victim of a violent crime in a movie and now her mother plays the part of a perpetrator of a violent crime on TV, only it's reality TV.
One thing about racial prejudice I need to address is that unless you're a minority, you just don't see it that often. Think of it this way, imagine you're wearing a stupid hat with giant foam lobster claws on it. You're walking down the street, and people look at you a certain way. Your friends who aren't wearing the hat don't notice their looks, but you do, because you're wearing the hat. You go to a job interview and end up not getting the job. You don't know for certain, but you think it might be because they thought you wouldn't fit in with that stupid lobster hat on. You can't prove that's the reason, but that question, of whether that lobster hat cost you that job, will nag at you for a very long time.
It's very easy to say, "Oh, I never saw any racism," when we're white. But, things that we just don't notice, because we don't have that same background, that same thing about us that differentiates Blacks from the rest of us, we just don't perceive it the same way as someone of color. A really good book to read is Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria. It has a bit of a preachy aspect to it, and I had some big problems with some of the author's generalizations of white folk. But, it does give a really good insight into why black people perceive prejudice some times when we white people don't.
I will say that since I moved to Utah, not being mormon, it gave me a much greater appreciation for what blacks experience today. There isn't any institutionalized discrimination, but yes I have lost out on jobs, benefits, friendships, and other things for not being mormon. So, when I don't get a job or someone treats me differently, I can't say, "You're just treating me different because I'm not a mormon." But, that nagging question still remains, "Did he not hire me because I'm not mormon?" Many times today prejudices exist not as open and shut cases like Sandra Lamb cussing at a man for being black. It often comes in incidious forms such as a teacher not taking into account that a person doesn't have the same experiential foundation as the rest of the students, or EXPECTING that a certain child is more likely to steal while in the store than other children. See, that's one area that most Southerners have made greater strides than the rest of the country. Most Southerners, because of the honor-based system of social standards of behavior, we are more open to trusting and expecting good behavior than parts of the country that are more distrustful. Respect and openness are the standard. When a person shows themself to be of honor, they receive much respect and we open ourselves to them. When we see a person is without honor, we close ourselves to them.
@7:45 I didn't see the segment (because I can't find a link anywhere) but its my understanding, from what I read on tweets, that Inside Edition used the channel 3 footage with Lamb in a story on national t.v. I am not certain if any other show, such as the Today Show used it as well. I, for one, am very much looking forward to seeing the video of Lamb at her finest.
On another note, I was wondering if Tonya has been reunited with her daughter yet. Even if visitation and/or custody hasn't been arranged yet, as I understand it her parents have visitation on alternating weekends. Now that Tonya has been acquitted, it seems her bond requirement ought to be void and so what would legally prevent her from being with her daughter during the grandparent's visitation?
Yeah, I understand that ratings do come into play somewhat, but if by holding onto this tape until Monday means that WRCB beats the pants off a Newschannel 9 in the same time period, well good for them. Newschannel 9 will always have that 'lovefest' with Arnt and Gregor to rest their laurels on.
Anon 8:50
You mean NewChannelSlime don't you?
Here is a direct link to the WCRB Tease of the story using Erick Echols video
Something tells me Sandra Lamb is about to go down.Miriam Boyd are you still by her side?Miriam I know you have read this blog, call your buddy Sandra & tell her to read what people say about her.
Lame, 8:47 Excellant post
Miriam Boyd & the fat ass Wilson bitch deserve as much hell as Sandra Lamb.
I just saw the 16 sec tease at
http://www.facebook.com/WRCBtv
What kind of dress did this hillbilly fashion statement have on? She looks like a frigging candy cane. I can't wait to see the whole tape of this redneck Paris Hilton showing her real personality. What a piece of work. She is going to be the laughing stock of the tri-state area after this is aired. If she thinks she is "hot" or some "sexpot" she is sadly mistaken. I've seen better looking women walking the streets in the projects. How pathetic.
Channel 3 might be waiting to see if there are going to be any legal repercussions before airing it for all the world to see.
I don't know about her daughter, but Sandra Lamb is going to be a star. Maybe she will be able to get a role in a really, really, really, bad porm flick.
Unless Sandra Lambs daughter is going to another school next year someone please tell me how can her child miss the past 2 weeks of school. No other child would be shown that special treatment.
I wouldn't be surprised if the child isn't on "homebound" due to emotional stress or something. it if fairly easy to get homebound with a drs. note (and lord knows Laurie Evans would write her one). If the child misses 12 consecutive days, they qualify, but they are allowed to miss up to 15 in a semester I think.
Can someone tell me why police offcials would be called random, completely unrelated (though possibly politically connected) individuals and asking if A. they know Tonya Craft and B. do they think the verict was correct. This happened to someone I know today....
"Can someone tell me why..."
Because they can is where I'd start.

"...Also, I'm curious, too, as to which father spoke to Echols. Was it Greg Lamb, who I don't think ever took the stand, or was it Jerry McDonald, who tearfully recounted his own abuse and his conversation with his daughter during his testimony?
Had it been McDonald, the interview with Echols would be available to refute or impeach parts of his testimony.
I am pretty sure that it was Jerry McDonald. Mr.Echols said today that he spoke with him on two occasions. The first time was for 1 1/2 hours and the second for about 30 min. Kelli McDonald testified that her husband had talked to Mr. Echols and Mr. McDonald testified he did not!! I bet he wishes he could take that statement back:)))
Has anyone ever adequitely addressed motive here, as to why Sandra Lamb would go after Tonya Craft so viciously? I mean, she's not acting like a woman who's daughter got yelled at by her teacher. She's not acting like a woman who's daughter was held back a year. She's acting, for lack of a better word, like a crazy ex-girlfriend.
Now, please, don't jump on me for saying this, but is it POSSIBLE that Sandra Lamb and Tonya Craft were at some point involved as more than just friends? I mean, read the letters and cards and other things she wrote to Tonya, and it sounds more like someone who is smitten than someone who is just friends, or even best friends. Is it possible that part of the reason for her divorce is that he found out about this, but is keeping quiet because either he did something bad that Sandra is using to blackmail him, or that he was in some way involved too, and he's keeping quiet to save himself? I'm just throwing out a wild speculation here, so please don't think I'm saying Tonya did anything illegal with any girls. But, could this be the source of the whole "she's really bisexual/lesbian" line from the prosecution? Could it be that Tonya was involved with Sandra and then cut it off when she got married, because she wanted to be faithful to her husband? There are accusations that J Henke was sleeping with Sandra Lamb, could it be possible that both Tonya and J were involved with one or both of the Lambs in some way? I'm just trying to wrap my mind around why one woman would go after someone so visciously, when there really isn't a serious known provocation. On the stand Tonya was never asked by either the the defense lawyers or prosecuters if she had ever been involved with another woman or with Sandra's husband. It doesn't make Tonya a child molester if she was involved, it doesn't make her an evil woman. In fact, if she quit to be faithful to her husband, I'd say that makes her more decent than her ex-husband who kept claiming to have been changed, when he never did. Can someone shed some light, someone who knows Sandra and Tonya well enough to confirm, deny, refute, explain this situation? It just doesn't make sense for one woman to go after someone like this. Sandra acts a bit unstable, but she's shown herself to be very calculating. If revenge is the motive, disciplining her daughter is reason enough not to speak with someone for a few days, but to end a friendship over it, and then frame her for a sex crime, no.
Anon 10:27. The way I understand the court system, if Jerry admitted to talking to Eric, the defense could have admitted into evidence the statement given at the time, refuting everything Jerry said. Of course, that's in a normal court, which none in LMJC are. But I don't think Arnt and Gregor wanted to take that chance, especially since they must have realized at some point during the first week the jury was not real happy with them. Too bad, boys. Stuff happens.
Anon @10:46 There's been quite a bit of discussion of possible motive in the comments and author's posts on this blog.
Some of your questions lead me to believe that you are not familiar with some of the basic facts of the case. There is a wealth of information on this blog and on local news coverage sites, which can also be found on the various links here.
To directly address your main hypothesis: Anything is possible but everything from fact to rumor to pure fiction has never pointed to what you suggest. The sources of any alleged bisexuality came from her ex-husband Joal Henke in "just remembered" testimony at trial and possible some gossip prior to trial.
I think most everyone here will agree that Saundra Lamb's behavior towards Erick Echols and others is way outside the bounds of adult rational, even under an assumption that her daughter was a victim of sexual child abuse. I expect we'll learn more about motive as facts emerge.
To the 10:46:
Please, no. I don't even want to go there. I usually don't remove comments, and while I was attempted to remove yours, I decided not to do it because my sense is that you are thinking out loud and grasping for some things.
No, I don't think there was anything like that. Sandra Lamb is someone who is used to having her own way, and when she does not get it, there is hell to pay. As Dan has intimated, her behavior toward Eric Echols crossed the line of decency, and one hopes that justice will be done. I believe that she needs to face the bar of justice, along with her other co-conspirators.
As for McDonald's statement that he did not say anything to Eric Echols, if his words are recorded and they contradict his sworn testimony, then McDonald committed perjury. Now, he won't have to worry about being prosecuted, given that prosecutors in the LMJC were the one suborning the perjury, but nonetheless, if this is what happened, then I would hope that people would realize that this man is not a man of his word, someone who never should be trusted again.
Think of it; the prosecutors of the LMJC literally SUBORN criminal acts. These are the people who "prosecute crimes," yet they commit crimes themselves, and in broad daylight. This is your justice system, Northwest Georgia. This is what Brian House, Buzz Franklin, Len Gregor, Chris Arnt, Ralph Van Pelt, Christina Cook Graham, and Chief Judge Jon B. Wood think of you.
These people despise you, and they are laughing at you because you have to do what they tell you, and they will charge you with crimes and convict you, even if you don't break the law. However, they feel free to break the law whenever they damn well feel like it, and they will tell you that if you don't like it, well, that is too bad.
I posted Anon 10:46, and yes, it was thinking out loud. Thanks for realizing that. I don't think she's bi/lez, I was just trying to wrap my head around why, WHY Sandra Lamb would go after Tonya with such viciousness. I have only ever seen this kind of behavior from people who were offended in a major way, and I just haven't seen anything that really explains this kind of vindictiveness. I don't think she's just a "wacko." The behavior in which she has engaged has really been the kind of behavior of a psychopath hell-bent on revenge. It may well be that she's just out to get Tonya over some perceived insult or something, but really, her behavior rises to levels I haven't seen from anyone since a case with another Tonya, Tonya Harding.
If money was the motive, why go after a friend? And, what happened between them that caused such a dramatic falling-out. Just disciplining a child usually doesn't cause this kind of vindictivness. That's what I'm asking. What explanation is there for a woman going from matron of honor to nemesis?
@12:05. You're thinking assumes that that there are normal, rational people involved here.
This extraordinary mess has plenty of "whackos" as you put it.
The list is long and getting longer; psychopaths, psychotics, narcissists, liars, and cheats.
The truth is *really* stranger than fiction in this case. Spend some time digging into the details...
I'm concerned that we may be passing off the actions of several people involved in this case as being the behavior of "psychopaths" when really it isn't. I believe there are very definite reasons for what Sandra Lamb has done, and being a nut isn't the reason. She probably wasn't in a relationship with Ms Craft, but there must be something more here than meets the eye.
Remember, Ms Craft used to run in their circle. So, she's not as squeeky clean, pure and innocent as some would like to believe. You know what they say about what happens when you lay down with dogs. I'm not saying she's a bad person, but we cannot overlook the fact that she was at one time a part of this very group that people here are so forcefully condemning. Something caused her to want to leave that group, and I'm certain that it was that which is the cause of Sandra Lamb's wrath. What it was, I don't know. I'm not going to speculate. What I do know is that whatever it was, it is more than money, fame, sympathy, things like that which caused her to go after Tonya. It is clear that she wanted to take Ms Craft down before the investigation really went anywhere. So, even if she believed her daughter was molested by Tonya--and I don't believe she does, just like I don't believe the girl really believes she was molested--her prior animosity towards Tonya shows that some major blow-up occurred. Anon mentioned a possible affair between Tonya and Sandra. Could it be that Sandra knew of her husband having affairs, and she thought Tonya was involved with him, and wanted to get back at a perceived wrong-doing? Anon said Sandra is acting like a crazy ex-girlfriend. It could alsy be said that this action is similar to a crazy wife who thinks her friend slept with her husband.
To all the speculation re: Sandra Lamb, it is my belief that a) she felt slighted/shunned by Tonya and that's a new thing for a spoiled brat like her (remember the limo party), b) there is some speculation that J Henke cheated with Sandra at some point & Tonya may have found out and wanted to expose this in her custody case (SL's best defense-deny and counter accuse!) And c) JEALOUSY! (SL realizes she knows Tonya Craft, was friends with Tonya Craft, but that she has no class/looks/style like Tonya Craft). Just thinking out loud. Oh and don't forget that perhaps her allegations started small but were reinforced by others (Henke, Arnt, Wilson) and this snow balled on her. At that point she felt she had no choice other than to participate in the "big lie" full force.
What a case!
I never seen so many twists and connections that looks sour.
Connotations of infidelity everywhere surrounding the players.
Looks to me like Craft and the private investigator will be the only ones to come out on top.
I suppose it was in Arnt's mind a good plan to hush info from the PI. Yet his plan fell short, and now looks really bad for the state.
How much worse can it get?
I believe the assumption that Joal and Sandra had an affair is the right track. This is probably why Sandra was so freaked about the court order that Eric Echols was trying to serve. She knew that Tonya's lawyers would expose this affair to everyone during the child custody case. She was probably told by her friend Chris Arnt to avoid that court order at any cost(and boy she tried)! Throw in the investigation into Sarah Henke and her showering with Tonya's daughter and you have another layer of motive for the Henke's. This case is like peeling an onion..layer, after layer, after layer, etc....
Anon 10:46/12:05, thoughts like yours are exactly what started this whole case. The actions of Lamb are inappropriate for any responsible adult. You need to keep in mind that all of the mothers involved are uneduated women who have never lived beyond the walls of high school. Their actions have been something that a very immature high school girl would perform out of jealousy. In high school, things like this only ruin reputations. Their actions have occurred in adulthood where real consequences have ruined lives. It is hard for rational people to comprehend what has happened so don't waste your mind trying to understand.
As for the tape, McDonald is the man Echols interviewed. It is my understanding (may be wrong) that the charges were made to prevent the tape from being used in court and that is why the defense was unable to use the information.
8:56, you are right on! There are many layers to this putrid onion and in the next several months, the worst smelling parts will be revealed. We all want the info NOW, but we must be patient. Look how patient Tonya had to be.
12:05, I understand that you are trying to "wrap your head around it", and because there is so much information, it seems hard. Do what I did & it will all make sense? I simply made a timeline & that sucker showed everything that needed to be shown. Not sure if I would call Lamb a psychopath, but she does fall into the medical explanation of a sociopath. Throw in good old Henke & the lap dog McDonald & you have a "perfect storm". Maybe these items will help build the timeline.
Remember, all of this happened in a little over a month, so even though it seems lengthy, all of these things were happening within days & a few weeks.
1) Sandra & Greg Lamb "set up" David & Tonya Craft. (this is the older part, but is the key to SL's hatred)
2) Sandra & Sheri Wilson are bffs.
3) Mid April, 2008, David Craft left Tonya. To his own admission, for selfish reasons. He never had kids of his own & kind of felt "left out" because TC was so active in her children's lives & had a lot going on. (I have been through the same kind of thing & it happens more than we know)
4) With David leaving, Sandra Lamb was extremely pissed off. She called all of her buddies (all 2 of them) & started bad mouthing TC.
5) During the time period of 3 & 4, Tonya called DFACS on her ex Joal Henke & his wife Sarah. It was more than legitimate. Henke was also in arrears over $10k in court ordered child support (remember, the court ordered it, TC had actually not persued c.s.)
6) Judge Marie Williams (Hamilton County) had removed Laurie Evans from being the therapist of TC & Henke's daughter. Not only was Evans unfit to perform interviews, but she had also had good times with Henke. The court recognized this & requested Dr. Ann Hazzard of Atlanta to perform the interviews with the children. Dr. Hazzard found there to be no abuse of the daughter. This was actually good news for both TC & Henke. It showed that even though Sarah Henke had crossed the lines of being a step-mother, she had not fondled the child.
7) Here comes the Wilsons. During a meeting to discuss the need to hold their child back, the Wilsons became enraged & vowed to "get TC back".
8) During a lunch play date between McDonald's daughter & TC's daughter, McDonald's daughter had touched TC's daughter inappropriately, yet they were children that were just curious. Kelli McDonald began beating her child with a belt & screaming at her. TC grabbed her child & left.
cont....
9) TC took her daughter to her pediatrician to have her checked for possible abuse. This also came out negative for abuse. (now how many people would take their children to be checked for abuse if they were abusing their children...NONE)
10) Conversation between Kelli & TC. TC said she didn't think the punishment Kelli handed down was appropriate. Kelli then told her that she would handle things her way & TC could handle things her way.
11) Now we have SL, SW & KM all pissed at TC. Throw in JH too.
12) Here come the hundreds & I mean hundreds of phone conversations taking place between these people. Two of these people (SL & SW) are used to getting things their way & are petty, vindictive people. KM, she's a follower & JH, he wants his "revenge" for TC calling DFACS & if he gets custody, paying any child support, especially the arrears, goes away.
13) During this mix, SL's daughter is caught masturbating (for lack of a better term). SL doesn't like this because it is not what little girls do. Oh contrair monfrair, it is actually something that little girls do. Not all, but more than we realize or want to realize.
14) SL starts grilling her child, "who taught you this?" over & over again. Then here comes the kicker. After making her daughter feel humiliated & in trouble for curiosity, she then says, "did Tonya teach you this?" The daughter, thinking she gets out of the trouble she's in, says, "yes".
15) Now SL & SW have their way of "getting back at TC". Not caring what this is doing to SL's daughter, she puts her through hell.
16) Don't forget about JH, he's getting the phone calls from SL too, so why not throw his daughter in the mix? Remember, TC's daughter has already been checked for abuse & none was shown.
17) End of May 2008, detective Keith with CCSD (who is very good friends with the Lambs & Wilsons & btw, his wife works for Mike Giglio) receives his phone call from SL. He starts the investigation, but then turns it over (because of his friendship) to det. Tim Deal. Deal jumps on it, even though he should actually hand it over because he too is good friends with the L's & W's. But no, he's about to get a feather in his cap & no telling how much money under the table from the L's & W's.
18) Deal goes to confront TC about her alleged "actions". TC agrees to "turn herself in", which she did. Deal also liked his little psychological bit (which is bogus) regarding TC's face turning purple & that is a sign of guilt. No Deal, that is a sign of anger. Anyhoo.... I continue.
In fact, I will stop it here because I think this will give you the info you need for your timeline & the reasons for the accusations. Everyone involved believed that TC would lie down & take it, plea out & everyone is happy. Well she didn't. She fought for her life & took the proper steps. She adhered to a bond condition to have zero contact with her daughter. She hired Eric Echols for the custody battle & for the charges against her. SL did not want to have to appear in the custody hearings because of her relationship with Henke. Henke is a sleezeball & always has been.
Oh and as to the 1:54 poster, no one, I repeat NO ONE, has said that Tonya lived some squeaky clean life. We just all know that everything that the prosecution tried to show as "reasons to be a child molester" were just ridiculous. If those things made her a molester, then they make a lot of us one and also make the accusers (who I refer to as the parents, not the children) molesters. It would also make HAG+F molesters as their lives have not exactly been squeaky clean.
10:46/12:05...While I do not agree with the SL & TC lesbo thing, I do agree that there is still a missing piece. I have said that ALL along. It just doesn't make since. People are crazy when it somes to their kids, I know that...I have 3, but to THIS extreme????
Has Tonya been able to see her daughter since the day in court? What's going on with the custody? I haven't seen anything since the day after her trial.
tplas, in a way, I'm glad you can't see how this can happen. Reality is, people do get this "crazy". Difference is, Lamb did not go "crazy" regarding her child, she used her child to promote her "craziness". There are no missing pieces & the people who created this fiasco are evil. Do you believe in evil? I hope so, because it is everywhere. Do some research & look at the amount of people who conduct theirselves in the same manner as Lamb. Look at your friends, do you notice anything different about any of them? Is there someone in your life who doesn't exactly seem "right"? I will guarantee that there are, and if you don't see it, then they have you snowed. I'm not trying to be ugly, but so many people live with blinders on, they don't see their own faults or the faults of others. Good way to do this, stop, take a look at all of your friends individually, then figure out who is always the "victim", the one who always thinks the world is against them, then either get rid of them as friends, or approach them with caution at all times. I'm telling you, they are out there & it doesn't take a lot more than disagreeing with them to make them angry or bitter. You may be younger, so I will take that into consideration, but if you are mid-30's or above, it's time to evaluate you life & friendships.
I have had friends like Lamb, Wilson, Henke & honestly, all of the folks involved, but I weeded them out and will continue to weed them out. I just recently ended a 30 year friendship. She was THE definition of a narcissist & I would have been able to weed her out sooner if not for the distance between us. Within 2 months of her living back here, I saw it, many others saw it & we all kicked her to the curb. In that short period of time, she had already used us up & just couldn't understand why we ended the friendships. We took the road of just moving on instead of calling her out. Sadly, she is a Sandra Lamb & will hurt more people in the long run. Don't think for a second that this is Lamb's first rodeo, because it's not. It is the strongest of charges, but not the first. Unless she is stopped, it won't be the last. Her husband knows this too. That is the only reason he was beside her in court. He is trying to save his own ass from false accusations.

lol, 2:03 Thanks for the advice, but there's no need for me to research my friends! It's great how assumptions can be made by one making a few comments. I by NO MEANS live with blinders on, and have watched, seen, and been around people that are just down right evil. Are those people my friends, or in the "circle" I run with? No. Because I choose to believe most people are not as evil as what been done in Catoosa County does not mean I'm young and stupid. And as you said, I don't mean to be ugly, but I am well beyond my years, I'm educated, been married 20 years, have 3 kids, and great friends. Yes, I have to put some distance between a few over the years, who hasn't? lol. The Texas Cheerleader mom, Casey Anthony, Mackenzie Phillips, are all examples of the evil world we live in. But I still believe that there is good, and a lot of it. And I also believe there is still something out there that will make all this make just a little more clearer.
I did not call you stupid by any means. It's just that almost everything that started this whole fiasco is out there & on the table, and that is what I meant. By saying research, I meant to research many of the cases where almost the exact same scenario has played out. Most of them are not the big named cases you pointed out.
There are a lot of good people in the world & those are usually the ones taken advantage of. I didn't make assumptions, just trying to help. All of the "players" in this have been noted along with their benefits from bringing these charges.
That's all I was saying & if you choose to take it differently, then so be it.
I just took the post how it was written, that's all. You didn't say "stupid" but it was implied. When someone that doesn't even know me tells me I may need to "evaluate my life & friendships" then I get a little defensive. Sorry.
But Nevertheless, I am on Tonya's side, as I'm thinking you are. I'm sure we can agree that what she has been put through is one of the worst things that can happen to a person. I think the Lambs, Wilsons, McDonalds, Henkes, House, Gregor, and Arnt need to be held accountable for their actions.
The lesbo thing probably didn't happen at all, and is a dead end in discussion. It probably was Joal who started that whole thing. Remember, not too long ago, all you had to get custody of your kid was accuse your ex of being gay, and a homophobic judge would give you the kid.
As for motive, I think it does make more sense that Wilson cooked this whole thing up. She wasn't as close to Ms Craft as Sandra. Sandra probably went along with things due to her anger at Ms Craft for the split with her husband. Now, there is, I think, the missing piece that anon was talking about. What is the relationship between Sandra Lamb and David Craft. If Sandra and Tonya are that close, close enough to have her as matron of honor, why did she side with the husband? The timeline alone doesn't explain that. It explains most things, but not WHY Sandra Lamb and Tonya Craft ended their friendship.
I like that comment Anon 2:03 made about people who are always victims. I've known a couple of them. In fact, I dated one. When we broke up, or rather when she broke up with me, she tried to manipulate me into breaking up with her, so she wouldn't feel guilty about the fact she wanted to break up with me, and that she had been cheating on me with another guy. She then told her friends and family that I had broken hear heart by ending the relationship, and that I had tried to force her to have sex--not true, she came on to me and I said no, because I didn't have a condom at the time and I wasn't going to take the chance of getting her pregnant. Her mother actually called me a couple days later and appologized to me, true story, for her daughter's actions and said that all along she thought I was too good for her daughter. I'm not making this up or stretching the truth at all here.
I wrote the ex a letter and mailed it to her telling her how sorry I was that things had turned out the way they did, and that I was disapointed by her behavior. I had met her at church, and said that I was shocked that a girl who professed to be a christian and who worked with youth at the church and who professed herself to be a virgin waiting for marriage would cheat on her boyfriend. A few days later, when she received the letter, I got a phone call at about 2:30 am from her. Have you ever heard the voice of a demon? I did that night. I still had goosebumps the next day from how she sounded. She cussed me up and down and threatened to kill me if I ever tried to contact her again.
Fast forward one year. This ex-girlfriend has twin boys by the guy she left me for (who she was cheating with). She then had the kids taken away because one of them wouldn't stop crying and she nearly killed it by beating it, and was put in jail.
My point is, people who make themselves out to be a victim all the time really should be left alone. Don't be close friends with them. Don't date them. Don't give them sympathy. Take care of their basic food and shelter needs, and then be done with them. I've dealt with several of them, men and women. You just have to keep them at arms length or they will hurt you. It's like a friend of mine said about this girl, "You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear."
An article about Echols:

Here's another article on Slime from yesterday. Interesting because it mentions Lamb's son as involved in the altercation:
Another report shows Echols as a victim at the hands of another girl's mother, Sandra Lamb. The report says Lamb's son blocked Echols in when he tried to save papers and Lamb reached in Echol's vehicle and slapped him.

Chanel 12 video of Echol's radio interview:

There was no lesbian relationship between Tonya and Sandra, thinking out loud or not that is just crazy. If you know the facts of this case it is very easy to see why Ms. Lamb would do anything she does...because she can. There is no way to know what motivated her but that is neither here nor there...people need to be held accountable for what has happened regardless of the why, it was wrong!
